🥢Falafel Soyabean:

Looking for an appetizing dish for your family time, which is healthy at the same time? Here's the recipe for Soybean Falafel that tastes truly amazing. This falafel recipe will make you forget the traditional version and we are sure you will love it. This falafel recipe is super-healthy and will be enjoyed by people of age groups. Even if you make this snack recipe for a kids' party, they would be asking more of it. You can also make it in the evening and sip some hot tea or coffee along with it. So, wait no more and try this delicious falafel recipe today! Its Different & bouncy.

✍Ingredients You Need:(4 Servings)-  

1 cup boiled soybean


1 pinch baking soda

1 handful chopped coriander leaves

4 sprigs chopped spring onions

2 sprigs parsley

1 clove garlic

5 bread slices

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

salt as required

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

1/4 cup virgin olive oil

🤔HOW TO MAKE ? 

Step1. To prepare this easy recipe, wash and soak soybeans overnight. The next day, boil them in a pressure cooker for 1-2 whistles.

Step2. Chop All The Herbs
Wash and chop coriander leaves, parsley and spring onion.
Step3. Make A Paste Or Batter For Falafel Patties
Now, take a large bowl and squeeze the extra water from the soybean. Add the chopped coriander leaves, parsley, spring onion, garlic. Mix well. Soak bread in a little water and squeeze it well. Add to the soybean mixture and combine well to make a grainy texture. Now, add baking soda, cumin powder, salt and pepper. Mix well, and allow the mixture to rest for a while.
Step4. Shallow Fry The Falafels
Make small balls of the mixture and place them on a tray. Now, put a wok over medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, shallow fry the falafel and serve hot with hummus ,rayta or mayonnaise.
