Best Homemade Chicken Pizza_Without Oven
Pizza🍕, a common delicacy in modern times. In our tumultuous world we have eaten pizza whether it be at a street food store or at a restaurant or by ordering it at Dominos. You have to spend a lot of money to pay taxes, right? And what else is healthy like home-made food?
You can also make chicken pizza at home, and yes it can be made without an oven. It will be very tasty and it is nothing less than the pizza ordered in your shop. So let's make it-Today we will make juicy Chicken Pizza.😋💬Materials You Need
1- 1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp active dry yeast
1/2 tsp oregano
1- 1/2 tbsp oil
to taste Salt
For pizza toppings
1 cup shredded mozerela cheese
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1 small onion
2 tsp tomato sauce
Some oregano
Some red chilli flakes
Chicken which is to be prepared
Sauce which is to be prepared
For chicken marination
1/2 cup chicken cut as cubes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1- 1/2 tsp chicken masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp curd
to taste Salt
(For pizza sauce)
2 tomatoes
1 big onion
10 garlic cloves
5 dried red chilli
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp sugar
to taste Salt
🤔HOW TO MAKE? (Follow Properly)
Step1- Prepare the flour first 1-2 hours before you cook. For that, to activate the yeast, mix the sugar in mild hot water. Then add the yeast to it and set aside for 10 minutes.Step2- After 10 minutes you can see that the yeast has reacted and become fruit shed. Now mix some salt and flour as required with 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Add this yeast mixture to it. Add oregano too.Step3-Slowly knead the dough by adding additional 2 tablespoon of water until it become bit sticky. Then knead well untill the stickiness disappears. Make it a ball and apply some oil on it. Keep aside this dough in a bowl covering it with a damp cloth for 1-2 hours.👉Skip this and next step if you have ready made pizza sauce(Step4 & Step5)Step4-For the sauce boil the sliced onion, tomato, garlic in water for 15 minutes. Then peel off the tomato skin and grind these with some water to make a puree. Continued.Step5-To a pan, add some oil and when it heats up a little, add this paste to it. Then boil for 2 minutes. When it starts thickening, add sugar, oregano, tomato sauce, salt to taste to it and mix well. Boil for few more minutes and make it thicken a little. Sauce is ready.Step6-For chicken, put all the ingredients for marination, to the chicken and mix well. Keep this in refrigerator for 30 minutes.Everyone at Chicken Marinate knows that I didn't waste time on it.Step7-After 30 minutes, to a pan, add 1/4 tsp oil and our marinated chicken. Heat in low to medium flame and close the lid for 3 minutes. Flip the pieces so as to get equally cooked. Again cook for 3 minutes until chicken starts becoming brown and all the water has dried up. Tandoori chicken is ready.Step8-Fry the veggies (onion and capsicum) for 1 minute in 1tsp oil. (Just to get rid of the rawness.) Step9-Now continue with the dough preparation. After 1- 1.5 hours (sometimes more if its cold outside), the dough will get expanded. Then knead the dough again. Roll the dough with the help of some maida and make a 9 inch base. Then on a pizza pan / plate of 10 inch size, appy some butter (for greasing), keep the pizza base to it and make the edge of pizza to meet plate's edge with hand.Step10-If you want you can make rounded edge so that the ingredients don't flow out while baking. Now prick the base with a fork to make small shallow holes on the top. Step11-To this, add the pizza sauce, tomato sauce and spread it evenly until the rounded edge. Spread 1/3rd of the given amount of shredded cheese on top of it. Add the veggies and chicken evenly on top. Add the rest of the cheese, few oregano and chilli flakes on top.Step12-Meanwhile add 1 cup salt to a thick bottomed kadai or vessel and preheat it for 10 minutes in high flame. Step13-10 minutes, place a stand on the salt and keep the pizza plate on it. Total cooking time is 30 minutes. Cover the lid and keep on high flame for 10 minutes and then in medium to high flame for 10 minutes. Then again cook in high flame for 10 minutes untill the edge starts to become golden. Keep on checking it after each minutes of the last 10 minute on high flame. If you see edge has already become golden, lower the flame and cook for the rest of the time.Step14-After it is done, take the plate out. Add required oregano and chilli flakes. Your pizza is now ready to be served.Serve with sauce.👌Make it at home will not be bad gaurantee I gave. I have made it many times and I have given you the same recipe I made myself.
