Fish Bhuna Recipie - With More Test

Fish Bhuna: A super delicious Indian fish curry. The secrecy of the smell of this dish is extremely fragrant. And the aroma of frying spices makes him crazy. ✍Items you need: (4 servings) -
3 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 medium onions, chopped
Half a long road, 4 fresh green peppers
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
125 ml of water, or as needed
1 teaspoon turmeric on fire
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin cumin
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 ripe tomato, diced
4 fillet fish, four cut each
Fresh coriander, for garnish
1 to 2 green peppers for garnish
How To Make? (Follow This Steps Properly) -Step 1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2. Stir in pepper, salt and water. Stir-fry until the onions are soft and light.
Step 3. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilli and paprika Add Stir well, then add tomatoes; Boil for 12 to 15 minutes, adding more water if necessary.
Step 4. Gently place the fish in the pan, cover and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh coriander and 1 or 2 fresh green chillies.

1. Is there any match we can use to make Fish Bhuna?
See you can make with fillet fish But it may not be affordable for everyone.If you want, you can also make same process a fish roast with vhetki fish. 2. Is it better if we use oil for this recipe?I recommend using white oil in every recipe, you can also use white oil to make fish Bhuna (almond oil, soybean oil & etc).But in my opinion use mustard oil for this recipe. I've tried many times so I told you.
