Best Breakfast Recipie_Pepper Chicken
Today is a special Chicken recipe for Sunday, completely different and maybe unknown to many.
We always want a healthy breakfast with delicious. This is one of my many healthy breakfasts(English Breakfast). So let's see how to make-🍗Pepper Chicken with Spring Quinoa Pilaf:
Dishes of chicken made by joining delicious and healthy on a single plate. Soft and Flavorful Chicken Recipe for Breakfast.💁♀️Materials You Need: ( 4 servings )
1. 1/4 c. olive oil, divided
2. 8 small bone-in, skin-on chicken this (weighing about 1 1/2 pounds total)
3. Kosher salt
4. Freshly ground pepper
5. 1 c quinoa, rinsed
6. 2 tbsp. unseasoned rice wine vinegar
7. 4 scallions, sliced
9. 3 radishes, halved and thinly sliced
10. small carrot, grated 3 oz. Feta, crumbled 1/4 c
11. Fresh basil leaves, torn
🧐HOW TO MAKE? ( Follow Properly)👇
Step1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook skin-side down, in batches, until the skin is golden and crispy, 5 to 7 minutes. Return all of the chicken to the skillet, skin-side up, and transfer skillet to the oven. Roast until the internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F, 18 to 22 minutes.
Step3. Meanwhile, cook quinoa according to package directions. Whisk together vinegar and remaining 2 tablespoons oil in a bowl. Add scallions, radishes, carrot, feta, basil, and quinoa and toss to combine.
Step4. Serve chicken over quinoa pilaf.
TASTE: uffff Breakfast is not so comfortable anymore. Really great!😋

🤔My Opinion:-
1. Basil leaves should be added to the recipe?a. It is commonly used for flavor. And with that it is much healthier and for the human body.
b. Those who do not like the flavor of basil can skip it. Excluding it will not make much difference in the recipe.2. What kind of oil do you use for frying?a. First of all it is a healthy dish, so it would be better to use herbal oil. Such as almond oil, soybean oil.
b. Secondly, herbal oil is good for deep frying.3.You can get quinoa's packet at the supermarket.👉A very healthy, tasty and easy recipe for breakfast can be made in less time. What could be better than this?
