1. Rasgulla(Rosogolla):

a.They are the dumplings of Cottage cheese and made from milk . Light syrup of sugar is prepared for cooking them. The dish originated in West Bengal. It is also known as ‘Rosogolla.’ These spongy soft round balls are completely immersed in sugar syrup. One cannot easily decline to eat Rasgulla. 

b. In winter season another one type of rasgulla aviable in west bengal that's called Gurer Rosogolla.That's made by syrup of Nolen Gur(new jaggery) it's totally a different flavour. Soft ,sweet & winter satisfying ever.

Try a hot recent prepared rasgulla its taste is just 2x than stale rasgulla.

2. Sandesh:

In the type of dry sweet at first i remembering about sandesh.Sandesh is a sweet which was made from channa or Cottage cheese. Bengal is the place where this famous sweet dish belongs. Wide varieties of Sandesh are available in the market such as Kalakandh Sandesh,Milk Sandesh, Mango Sandesh, Korapak with jaggery, etc. Different taste of different sandesh.

3. Gulab Jamun:

Totally all over in india most of people loves it.These are the soft balls made up of khoya which are deep fried. They are immersed in the sugary syrup afterward. As the name is Gulab Jamun it has nothing to do with the roses. Gulab Jamun is the people’s favorite choice to marriage, birthdays,anniversery & any occations. one tip from me recent prepared gulab jamuns are totally different with stale gulab jamuns. gulab jamun . I gauranted to you that you can't forgot the taste from your mouth in whole life.That's the real feeling in gulab jamun.

4. Ladoo: 

Not Chota Bheem's ladoo😂. that ladoos are round sweet balls which are rolled by hands. The motichur ladoos are most popular and are the best-known variety of ladoos. This motichur ladoo has a bright orange color, and most of the time they are in high demand during the ten days celebration of Ganpati. Other varieties of ladoos are baisen ke ladoo, kesar ladoo, sattu ke ladoo etc. Laddu is favourite sweet in festival time.taste a ladoo and share a ladoo to others its a sweet happiness in festival.

5. Rasmalai:

One of my favourite my love >Rasmalai is the combination of the two words, first Ras means “Juice” & then, Malai means “Cream”. Made by milk.The most famous dessert in the whole india belt is Rasmalai. Also, this dish can be enjoyed in places like Haridwar, Kanpur,kolkata etc. It consists of sugar white cream with the balls of channa soaked in that cream.when i go to a sweet shop rasmalai are immeresed in milk soup.I can't compromise in this situation😂.my favourite sweet and crush too.💕

6. Rabri:

The city of Banaras is known for the famous sweet dish Rabri. It is prepared by heating the sweetened milk in a very big kadhai. It consists of dry fruits & kesar. It’s a delicious experience to enjoy a plate full of Rabri sitting on the ghats of Ganges.even 1 tried many times. after completing one plate of rabri mind is just flat😋.after eating the rabri plate is don't need to wash.(deep meaning crack it)

7. Jalebi:

The main ingredients of Jalebi are Channa, Urad Dal, & sugar syrup. These Jalebis are handmade criss-cross web of lines. This is then deep-fried & immersed in the syrup. This sweet dish is served with Rabdi most of the times or curd can also be used sometimes.many festival times it's most of favourite sweet in our india.Jalebi bond with syrup situation is like mouth watering😋 .

8. Soan Papdi:

If we talk about food and the name of Gujarat is not mention in the list, it is impossible. Soan Papdi is the sweet that arise from Gujarat. This blistering sweet is for the people who take less sugar in their diet. In many states 2types of sonpapdi are ther one is like modak type son papdi that is too much aviable in swee shop, another one is fluffy type thats my favourite one . which one is your's ? comment now.

9. Malpua:

Malpua is the famous sweet of Odisha. You can easily get this food on the streets as it has a huge demand there & this sweet was also served to Lord Jagannath. Not only in Odisha is this fried dish quite popular but, in all over India. It’s a kind of pancake which is deep fried & then immersed in sugary syrup.It's totally opposite with gulab jamun, Stole Malpua is best in taste.after breakfast one malpua & breakfast is just deeply completed.

10. Dahi(Curd):

Curds or ‘dahi’ is a dairy product made by coagulating milk which leads to curdling. It is mostly made at home in every Indian household. It's not just a sweet its used in many recipies like chicken , fish you all know about that. two types of dahi are aviable Misti Dahi(Sweet curd), and Tok Dahi(sour curd) the tok dahi is mostly used in recipies

ghol,lassi etc.That,s (ghol,lassi) our soul satisfying drinks in summeries.🍹

These are 10 best sweets in my opinion.not just that 10 many others I tried.This are the common & best.
