- 1. 2 pomfret fish
- 2. 1 lemon, to taste Salt
- 3. 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 4. 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 5. 2 tbsp semolina
- 6. 1 tsp Crushed ginger
- 7. 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 8. 1tsp crushed green chilli
- 9. As required Oil to fry
Very simple and easy to make recipe.Maximum 30 - 35mins to cook.
Let's take a look at the process of making the dish. (Follow properly)Step 1: In a marinated bowl, mix red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic-green chilli powder well. Add the cleaned fish to this mixture and marinate the fish with the spice mixture and cook for 25 to 30 minutes. So set it aside.Step 2:Take the samolina and poppy seeds on a plate and heat some oil in a pan.Step 3:Coat the fish well with a mixture of samolina and poppy seeds and then fry them until crispy and golden brown.

It is made more crunchy and crunchy with eggs and different spices. Take a bite with tomato sauce or mayonnaise. The taste is as delicious as the sound. The whole thing is awesome and comfortable.(ufff amazing😜)Materials You Need:1. White oil for frying
2. 1 1/2 to 2 pounds fresh code3. Salt and pepper
4. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
5. 2 eggs
6. 2 tablespoons cold water, a splash
7. 2 cups plain bread crumbs
8. 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard powder
9. 1/4 teaspoon red chillies, a few pinches
10. Lemon and malt vinegar for toppingVery simple and easy to make recipe.Maximum 30mins to cook.

Check if the oil is hot enough by a bread.Step 2:Cut the cod into 4 servings, 6 to 8-ounce portions and season with salt and pepper. Put a few scoops of flour in the pie tin. Combine eggs and water in second tin. Coat fish, eggs and then bread crumbs in a third tin of plain bread crumbs. Gently set the coated fish in hot oil and fry for 5 minutes on each side until medium golden brown.
Step 3:When the fish is evenly golden all over, remove and drain on brown paper sacks.Then take it down to a plate.
