Holi is a popular ancient Hindu festival, also known as "Festival of Love", "Festival of Colors" and "Festival of Spring". The festival celebrates the eternal and divine love of Radha and Krishna. It also means the victory of good over evil. But you may not be able to enjoy this covid situation well. Try to handle this pandemic situation from near your home.
And our Indians know that if there is no food at any festival, we will not be satisfied. So in this colorful Holi we can try these dishes to make this day more colorful and joyful. Your happiness and joy can be doubled😊
1. Kachori:
Kachori is a dish that everyone tastes and has made their own. It is said that it originated in the Marwari community, but it has a large form in our West Bengal. Street food is a purposeful and mind-blowing meal. A fried snack made entirely of flour and has mostly positive fillings. It is often eaten as a snack. This Holi morning can be started in a very colorful way if it is accompanied by potato dum or chana masala, isn't it?
2. Thandai:
Any Bollywood Holi scene is incomplete without the dramatic pour of a glass of thandai. This milk-based cooling drink is often topped off with nuts and spices, and sometimes even lassi. Ubiquitous in North India. This drink is right at the heart of the festival and even offers medicinal benefits! Most of all, it is a perfect beverage for the March heat in the nation. This Punjab-derived beverage is one of the most popular in North India and is now popular all over India. Lassi is a yogurt-based beverage that is mixed with water and various other ingredients. Combinations can be sweet or fun depending on the preparation.
