Fish,In india fish is propular in many states.Even not in our india many country loves fish. and many countries have many types of fishes & many types of fish dishes they have. another day i tell you about those countries fish dishes. 

Today I talk about our india's propular fish curries.we all(non-veg peoples) eat fish.In other countries fish is propular but the importance of fish in Bengal goes very deep. when anyone remembering about fish one state is comes out on his/her mind. That's west bengal & also south indian's many peoples loves it comparing in other state. for today i am back with some normal fish curry dishes.

Eating fish daily many benifits have there- 

example-

1.sea fishes are improved our heart strength.

2.Some fishes are improved our eye sight better.

3.Improved glowness of skin.

I'm not scientist 😁, I'm foodie lover and i'm also from west bengal. thats why fish is my favourite too.

and obviously that knowledge we all have.

whatever,let's come to the dishes. I promised that dishes are really heart breakable. even you are a fish lover , you can feel my deep emotion in this dishes. A satisfying topic for today. I can't wait let's go😋-

1. Hilsa Fish Curry(Ilish Machher Jhol):

Oily fish, Hilsa is a much-loved local delicacy in Bengal. The unique taste and silvery appeal make it the 'queen of fish'. It's found in sea,big rivers(like-ganga,jamuna),dhaka river, dhaka have big portal of hilsa fishes. In my opinion the sea hilsa & dhaka's hilsa are best in taste.Normal hilsa curry made by normally.and too less components are used in this curry. but comparison intaste you don't expect , by using too less components but taste is too much.how is it possible?.Those are not tried (he/she) you don't have meaning of taste.unexpected taste ever i tried.try it with only fresh rice.

2. Basic Fish Curry: 
Simple fish curry made in Indian style. Mildly spicy, flavorful  tasting fish curry.We are use any fish for making basic curry. But in my opinion  you can can try rohu fish (Rui machh) It's 'king of fish'(by west bengal roules). and the fish is so simple & so testy,a sweet type fish and when you create the spicy curry that combination are just awesome.Even one times comes when you feeling boared with too many times trying too rich fast food and you need a simple lunch or dinner. Try it that dish can make you feel better. and wait, one important thing try it with rice or roti.


3.Red Chili Fish Curry:spice lovers! This fiery fish curry is just what you need.It is made with coconut oil, spices, curry leaves and loads of red chilly.coconut oil makes the gravy so creamy.for spicy lovers that dish is so matched.1 spoon rice that mixed with hot chili curry and a soft fish bite just upper level feeling.

4.Dahi Fish(Doi Catla Fish Curry): 
Bengali favourite is delicately marinated, spiced and cooked in a yogurt-based gravy.Made by curd(dahi) & Catla. fish this is also a pond or rivers fish.River Catla is better in taste than pond's. Catla fish is so oily,soft & chubby type when it fried it smells so authentic.Try a bite with creamy dahi gravy,happyness is maxed out.

5. Chingri Malai Curry:
In market we buy chingri fishes. But many peoples doesn't know that- what type of chingri is better in tatse. i would to tell them basicallytwo types of chingri's are comes in market. one is that chingri's catched from rivers, and another is catched from sea. The sea catched chingri is best in taste. and remember bigger chingri's is better than smaller. approximately (14-15cm) chingri's are best.A Bengali prawn curry, where prawns are cooked in spices and coconut milk making a thick curry dish. Served with rice for an authentic Bengali meal.Totally different taste comparison of other fishes like can't forgotable taste,Gravy is too delicious even with a rumali roti it was more flavourful.

6. Bhetki Malai Curry:
Bhetki is also catched from sea.Bhekti fish malaikari tastes different than chingri macher malaikari. The prawn heads add to the flavour of the gravy. Bhetki macher malaikari, on the other hand has a more robust gravy. The fish itself is very delicate and has a sweet taste. It's also a different type of fish.you can make normal curry and also try with cauliflower.(comment bellow what recipie you need normal or cauliflower) Two recipies are awesome and when you see it you can't stop your mouth watering.

7.Sorshe Ilish(Hilsa) Curry:In first dish i told you about hilsa fish . This is hilsa's another recipie in different flavour. This is one of Bengal's favourite fish recipes. Delicate Hilsa fish is curried in pungent flavours of mustard and poppy seed. and when it makes in with sarisha the smell (ohooo) fill up your home.and you thinking when i go for lunch and your appetizing is going into level 4 😂 .With normal white rice you can try it.
